Transferring or Copying media from the SD Cards automatically on a Mac Mini via card reader.

Greetings all.

Please help, I'm looking to automatically transfer or copy media from the SD Cards onto my Mac Mini via card reader, without the use of keyboard and mouse.
It needs to be an automated process as soon as the memory card is recognised by Mac.
