What is the best way to share large files?

I have made some sound and video files I do not want to put the video straight on to YouTube I need to send it to an editor for checking first. So I would like to know the simplest application to use.

Does the recipient need an iCloud account for that?

Hi,

No, only the sender. It is a link in the email that the recipient clicks on, and it downloads from the sender's iCloud Drive. It basically the same as sharing from your iCloud Drive.
