SOLVED Best printer for Mac?

I have just purchased a HP Envy 5010. Set up and it recognised my router straight away (router 20 ft away in separate room). However my computers (2013 iMac and Macbook pro Mojave and iphone) will not connect wirelessly even though the iMac is 2 ft away from the printer and connects to router no problem. I'm not very tech savvy but this is driving me mad. If anyone has experienced this issue and solved it please let me know where to start!

Now solved. On iMac I reset printer settings. Also reset on phone from HPSmart App and also my Macbook. Why the latter 2 worked today but not yesterday is a mystery, unless they were linked to the iMac reset. Anyway all smiles now...
