Viewing XRay

Ive just received a memory stick with images from my recent xray. The file tells me it uses an image format called DICOM and you cant view images with your standard PC image viewing software. so they have included an application called "StartinteleViewerCD.exe" When I try to open it I get a message to say its a microsoft windows application not supported by macOS. Is there another application I could use please?
