'This site can't be reached' problem

When I try to access either Netflix or Spotify via web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) I now get 'This site can't be reached' messages. See screen shots.

I have uninstalled Norton AV, my Firewall is switched off and I am not connecting to the internet via a proxy. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? Thanks.

Hello and welcome.

I have seen that issue with Chrome before. Normally, you can use Chrome > Clear Browsing Data... and check everything and choose from the beginning of time, quit Chrome, an reopen it. This will delete any stored passwords, cookies, etc., so make sure you know this information before proceeding. You could also try using Safari or Firefox first, to see if the issue happens with them as well. If so, then it may be an issue with your router or your ISP.
