For years I have been using the same email address and password to log in to a website. Two weeks ago it refused my password and told me I had to create a new password. They sent the link to me and as soon as I start to type in my new password, one or two letters or numbers I get a warning that the password is weak. I have put in up to 30 characters but I still get the weak warning.
They put in a new password on the link that they would send me and it works fine for them.
So am I to assume that my computer is corrupting their email with the link and creating the problem, if so where do I look to trouble the problem?
Or could the problem be with their computer?
They are looking into it but I am losing patience.
I am not having problems with any other website that requires a password.
Now I do have time machine....
