[SOLVED] character palette problem

Hello.

When I pull up my character palette, it looks like this:

And then I can't switch to another character, I'm just left with the one character that's already on there, a white heart. I used to be able to see part the white heart, but now that's gone too. Any ideas?

Also I have a MacBook and Mac OS X 10.4.11. Thank you

Hello,
Have you tried resizing the window by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner?
