I've set up with 2 users but want to have both able to access the same mail.
Is this possible? And if so, how?
Thanks

Hi there and welcome,

Yes and No !

The simplest way is to a set up a 'third' user, that both users has access to, and set the Mail software up in just that account.

Then user A can still use thier account...User B can still use thier account and both can access user C to get to Mail.

There are ways of sharing the Mail 'Data' with two users but it involves messing with privelages, and needs a bit of messing around.

I set up an older couples email one time they used only one email account but each had there own User on the Mac.

It was a POP account and I unchecked "Remove copy from server after retrieving message" in Accounts of Mail preference under advanced.

That way they would both see the same email messages.
Other wise one would retrieve a message and then the other would not get it.
