Preview - unwanted annotation window

Using MacOS Preview, I can annotate my PDF's.
Unfortunately, when I view the annotated files in Chrome Web-browser, I see a yellow window when hovering my mouse over the annotation.
Why is this happening? How can I avoid this?

I'm sorry I cannot offer you any sound advice or a workaround but after googling around I found this discussion & it appears to be a Google Chrome specific bug or feature, whichever I'm not actually sure but I urge you to read the posts at the link:

With a Chrome upgrade am now seeing an ugly yellow box appear on mouseover of all links in generated PDFs.

All right then, I thought it is a bug with my Preview.

As Spawn_Dooley stated, it's a bug in Google Chrome > PDF Viewer affecting all annotations, not an actual Preview bug.
