New Screen installed Works Perfectly Except...

Hello,
Thanks for reading this. I just installed a new screen on my iPhone Six (I spelled it because..there is a single location that isn’t responding. Everything else on the phone is functioning...However,The letter “y” and number six do not respond..
If I track my finger over the letter or number it just skips over it. Does a connection need to be reseated or..?
Any ideas or suggestions on a fix would be much appreciated.

I should also say, I had a Tech Shop replace my charge port while on the road and it was returned with the loudspeaker not working and only a mono output from earbud jack.
The store was closed and I had to leave town before it could be resolved.
