SOLVED screen has vertical lines and super high contrast?

why does my screen look like this, and is it possible to fix?

Hello and welcome.

Unfortunately, that is a result of a cracked LCD panel. Look in the lower right, and you can see the cracked glass. It will require replacment, as moving/using it will make the crack grow and eventually take over the entire screen or blank it out totally.
