MacOS Big Sur version 11.6 cursor issue

How to move the cursor to a second monitor. It is useable on the computer and one monitor. Have added a second monitor but cursor will not move onto this screen. Please help. Thanks !

In 'System preferences' > 'Displays' > 'Arrangement' are the monitors in the correct position to match your physical displays?
