I have a great number of CDs that I ripped onto my computer some years ago and they are stored as MP3s as an iTunes library. I uploaded them to iTunes and they now appear in my screen on my Mac and I can play them as normal. I want to be able to listen to them on my iPhone. I am not sure I have enough storage left on the phone so I am attempting to upload them to iCloud to access them that way. However, they don’t show up on my Music app on the phone. What am I doing wrong please?

Hello,

• What version of OS X/macOS?
• Are you using iTunes or the Music app?
• Are you just uploading them to a folder in your iCloud Drive?

I believe you need an Apple Music subscription, as that will enable them to sync up and be playable on your iPhone via the Music app.
