How to transfer 8mm video to my Mac

Help...
I have a Sony CCD TRV59E Handycam and want to transfer my 8 mm video tapes on to my computer. I have an i Mac approximately 3 years old but I have no idea what cable I would need or how to go about doing this? I have also got imovie installed...

On the Sony it has an S video out and an A/V out, and RFU DC out....
