getting stuff off iphone 4

Hi guys,

I have a new iphone 4 and a macbook which was running snow leopard until last sunday when my HD fried itself. Stupidly I hadn't Backed up in a while.

Could anyone tell me a free way of getting ALL my tracks from my iphone onto my new HD?

I've found several trial ones but they either have a limit which won't copy all my tracks or they don't seem to work with iphone 4.

Also, when I sync my iphone, will it copy all apps onto my itunes?

Try iPhone Explorer. I believe it is a free app. Also if you're trying to Sync all your apps onto the new HD, it will actually ERASE all the apps. There was a method I did with mine (but it took all my apps out of its categorized folders). I will try to find the method and post it here or someone may beat me to it.
