Font size on Mac

So my step brother tried to change the size of the font on the computer because my mom thought it was too small. BUT he only made it worse. This is what it looks like and we have no idea how to change it back. It's too big to read in some cases. Can anymone help!? Thanks!

What App is this? and what version? is it only in that App or every where?

It's on safari, so the internet. Mostly just drop down bars like that
