Error -8076 when selecting multiple files in Finder

I encounter this problem in specific subfolders where I store a huge amount of different files. When selecting multiple files, it prompts me with error -8076. Apparently some permission problem. I tried to run chmod command recursively on main folder where all these files are stored, but no luck.
