Downloading OSX

Hi, I 've completed a format ,and tried to do a clean install,I've tried it through disk utility,and terminal ,with no success. I just don't understand what i'm doing wrong. Just for the record I don't have any certs ,but do have some knowledgeon how things work . PLEASE help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, firstly what version of os version are you trying to install? What are the specs of your mac & what os version was previously installed?

Also, how are you making posts here, if you Erased and Formatted the internal drive on your Mac?
