Can i setup a work specific icloud account?

I have a work macbook that currently signed into my personal icloud account.

can I setup a work icloud account with company domain?
what do I not get if I have different icloud accounts between mac and iphone?
will I be able to airdrop files from my personal iphone (signed into my icloud) to my work macbook signed into work icloud account?
how do I change icloud accounts on my macbook?

You can setup a seperate icloud acount if you want, I would just recommend against it.

You can airdrop files with no issues. The issue's come when you want to sync data between both devices such as contacts, and calendars.

Yes, you can set up a work icloud account with a company domain if your company uses Apple Business Manager or Managed Apple IDs. If your Mac and iPhone are signed into different iCloud accounts, you’ll lose features like seamless Handoff, iCloud Keychain sync, Messages in iCloud, and Universal Clipboard. You can still AirDrop between them as long as both devices have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on, and AirDrop is set to allow transfers from "Everyone" or "Contacts" (if both accounts are in contacts).
