Many times when rebooting my MAC Mini, after it comes up & I go to Music; I click on Songs and find entire Library listed EXCEPT----- All cloud files and individual cloud emojis are greyed. So I go to preferences and Check BOX Sync Library, then I click OK. Window pops up 'To add songs and playlists to your Library, you must use Cloud Music Library. I then click on Merge Library box. BAD NEWS- DID NOT WORK. What am I doing wrong? Or what setting I have set incorrectly? (I am not an Apple Music subscriber currently} Also--- It has worked on occasions in the past but I don't understand what I did different. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Hello and welcome.
It sounds like it may be showing All Music, instead of just Only Downloaded Music. You can change this setting in View in the menu bar when in the Music application.
