Why did apple change system settings in macOS Vantura 13.0 and later

so i upgrade my 2012 I7 mac mini to vantura 13.6.9 and see that the settings is diffrent and i was running monteray 12.5 is there a way to get the old look back?

macOS 13.x Ventura and above have the new System Settings scheme. The old System Preferences are not avalable past macOS 12.x Monterey.

There’s no going back. The design overhaul is Apple’s effort at unifying the interface between macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. But it looks like the new structure will stay much the same since macOS 15.1 Sequoia is virtually identical to that of Ventura.
