Weird tab appearing on all videos on the internet.

I have this tab that is appearing in all videos online i.e Youtube, etc. The tab does nothing and I can't seem to get rid of it:

It is black and looks like a file tab. It says Download. Any ideas?

Two questions.

1) Have you got the Safari extension FastTube?
2) Also if you tap curser anywhere on the screen does the box vanish!

I use Google Chrome and as far as I know, there is no FastTube extension. And yes if I move the cursor off the video the tab goes away.
