iTunes weird Icon

see the attached screenshot
a weird icon has appeared in front of the list of some songs.
That icon does not appear in the iTunes help file list of symbols.
Any idea what it means!

Hello,

Normally that means they won't copy/sync properly for some reason.

-Which model Mac?
-Which version of Mac OS X/macOS?
-Which version of iTunes?
-How many songs in iTunes?
-How much free space on your internal/external drive where the iTunes Library is there?
