I was recently given an old G4 Quicksilver from a friend, i heard its quite a good mac for running Digital audio software (Pro-tools, Reason) It has next to no memory available (5 gig left from 38 gig)
I have a western digital hard drive(250 gig) but I'm unsure which SATA PCI card i need for comp to recognise it . I also upgraded the RAM to 1.5 gig
I have a a decent sound card but I'm sure the video card is the original (32Mb)
I want to upgrade the video card in order to have duel screen available. Im unsure which card to buy as i dont see many on the market.
