Touch Bar MacBook Pro 13in 2018 A1989

The Touch Bar works fine until you get to the right side near the fingerprint reader so like 90% works 10% dead. Tried safe mode and did a hardware test with Apple on the phone also made a second user on the computer no change.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Sounds like the Touch Bar has failed and will need a hardware repair. What did Apple say?
