Touch bar black

The touchbar on my 2019 MacBook Pro (running Ventura 13.1) decided it would go speckled green and later black, though if you can guess where the buttons were it still works. Have reset bothSMC and MVRAM, and restarted in Safe mode to no avail. Is there any more I can try for a fix or is this really a hardware issue? Many thanks in advance...!

PROBLEM *SOLVED* (not!) A week later, it woke up as if it had never been gone.
