Syncing not working.

Although iCloud Sync is ticked in Macbook, iPhone and iPad, syncing of Notes does not take place.
Help to get it working would be much appreciated.

Hello,

-Which version of OS X?
-Which version of iOS on the iPhone and iPad?
-Can you see them when logged in to iCloud via a web browser on your Mac?

It depends on which versions you are running, as older versions may not sync with newer versions.
