[SOLVED] Ipod Video Converter + Burning Program ideas?

1st off sorry if i posted this in the wrong place =D

ok i have a new macbook (and i must say im LOVING it!) how ever i ran into one problem, i had to resync my ipod to it, and in the process i lost ALL my music videos (music was saved due to me backing it up on a flash drive =P) so what im looking for is a program that will convert .FLV (i just get the videos off of youtube =D) and convert them to ipod nano format (any ideas?)

and 2ndly im looking for a dvd burning program to burn movies (home made ones, encoded in DivX, and about max is like a hour long) and i need it to burn it to dvd format (so i need that VOB file thingy), any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I would suggest looking at QuickTime Pro, HandBrake (free), DivX Converter (free or paid version), and VisualHub.
