safari

i installed tvneto, a toolbar i dont want it so i trashed what i could but i cant open safari it opens for two sec then closes i can see the tvneto in th toolbars . how do i get rid off it and get my safari back thanks

I was having a similar problem with another application and cleared it up by simply trashing the cache files. So, you can try that with your Safari cache. Go to your user Library > Cache > and look for the folder named com.apple.Safari. Since Safari is not running, just move that folder to your Mac's desktop. Then try to run Safari and see if it starts. In my case with the other application, it started fine. If Safari starts, then you can trash the cache folder from your desktop. Safari will create a new one.
