Hello and welcome.

-Is Adobe Flash up to date?
-Does this only happen with Facebook videos?

Thanks
Abode and everything else up to date
It happens in Facebook only (as far as I can tell) when I click on a post and then try to go back

Yes, it all works fine on Firefox. The problem is with Safari, which is a pity because it seems to be otherwise a faster browser and my internet connection isn't the fastest…

You could always try resetting Safari.

1. In Safari, click in menubar on Safari > Reset Safari...
2. Check every box and click Reset
3. Qui Safari
4. Relaunch Safari and see if issue persists.

***NOTE: This will delete all caches, cookies, and stored passwords in Safari only.

OK...let me think about this for a bit and I will come back with a few more suggestions.
