Safari 5 restoration after restart

In all other browsers, after I've had to restart the computer, all windows and tabs are restored to what they were before the restart. I don't know how to make Safari 5 do this. I'm sure I'm the only person in the world who doesn't know what you do, but can someone tell me the secret?

MacOS Snow Leopard, Intel iMac
