Pages Content Question

I feel really stupid for asking this on here, but I tried the Support through Apple and could not find results. I updated to the latest OS and the latest version of Pages as well, and when I did, textual guides started appearing in my content. I didn't hit anything, just opened pages and started typing and it happened. It bothers me and I would like to know how to remove it.

These are called Paragraph Breaks & check under "View" for an option to Hide/Show Invisibles.

If you look at Preferences there will be some further options regarding these invisible layout whatchamacallits.
