Upgrade Pages

I have an older version of Pages and cannot open all my mail. I have gone thru 11ty zillion Apple helps (?) to no avail. I tried the "upgrade Pages 7.1" twice - nada! PLEASE, how do I upgrade Pages? (e-mail address removed)

Need to know the following:

1. What exact Mac model do you have?

2. What exact Mac OS are you running?

Why are you using Pages to open EMails? Don 't you use an EMail program for that?

??? Not trying to open emails with pages. Well, DUH.

You should be able to visit the App Store and download the latest version of Pages.
