Will upgrade to Mojave effect Adobe Photoshop CS3?

I have macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Will upgrading to Mojave have a detrimental effect on the working of my Adobe Photoshop CS3 app?
After I upgraded to High Sierra, photos from photoshop saved onto my desktop, displayed as blanks until I reopened them in Preview and saved them from there.

I had the same problem. CS3 is not good on Mojave. Took my Mac to Apple Store, they reinstalled High Sierra and CS3 was fine again (didn't charge me any $).
