Need Help Transferring Subscriptions Between Apple IDs

I recently upgraded to a new phone for business purposes, which led me to create a new Apple ID. However, I've realized that all my subscriptions are tied to my previous Apple ID. Is there a way to transfer these subscriptions over to my new Apple ID?
Maybe not all of them but at least some which are needed for my business phone.

Best thing to do is to sign out of the AppleID that you put on the new phone and then sign in with your old AppleID. If you need the email address associated with the new AppleID, you can add that as an additional account for mail.
