Mail v8.2 (Yosemite) no longer whooshes on send. How do I fix? I need it to confirm WiFi connection.

Hello and welcome.

-How may email accounts? What email provider?
-Have you verified that the New messages sound is set in Mail > Preferences > General?
-Do the Mac speakers play other sounds?
