Mail - iPhone 6+ iOS 8 and MacBook Yosemite

I have the mac mail program on my MacBook set up through IMAP for business and iCloud for personal. Those same accounts sync on my iPhone 6+. Trouble I'm having is that I sort my mail with smart mailboxes and mail folders... I just set this up on my MacBook, and the smart folders are syncing to my iPhone now, but the smart mailboxes are not. The smart boxes are not an option to add in the edit section of the mail preferences either. What is going on?


I work on the road a lot (literally while someone is driving me) so I have to be able to work on my email and it sync perfect. Any recommendations?
