Hi everyone, I'm trying to solve a problem for my mum who is completely illiterate when it comes to computers. I'm not much of an expert, but will try to be as clear as possible. Thanks in advance for your help.
problem :
Mail app on Macbook doesn't receive or send any mail anymore, while iPad and iPhone still do. Mail on macbook sometimes asks for password, seemingly at random. Correct password is provided, without any effect. Mail is setup on imap, not pop.
Actions before problem :
connected iPad to macbook by cable. Since then, no reaction from Mail on macbook.
