Using MacMail in Classic Layout on my Imac. I've always CC'd myself automatically. Now, I need to CC a second person. I've read all that I can find regarding CCs but haven't been able to find out how to add a second CC to appear automatically in every new message I open. Help to a dummy!!

Hello and welcome.
I don't know of any way to add additional Cc: recipient's automatically in the Mail app. Maybe a third-party email app like Thunderbird or Outlook will allow that?
