How do I delete a ton of emails from iPhone Mail & Contacts/Phone apps on iPhone 7?

I have an iPhone 7. After I used my email address to sign up in the Mail app, a ton of emails were imported to my Contacts as well as the Mail app. Help! How do I get rid of these?
