My friend changed his email address, And I want to delete the old one, I deleted it in previous recipients, But it still shows up with his new address when I click the 1st letter of his name. THANK YOU
Yes, it is, although the version of Mac Mail in OS 10.13.6 is 11.5, not 10.13.6. Also, you don't need to shout! Using all caps makes it look like you are shouting.
Now (beyond the shouting!), here are the ways to remove it:
1. To remove an existing account in Mail:
In Mail, from the Mail menu, select Preferences....
Click Accounts, and then highlight the account you want to delete.
Click - (the minus sign).
When prompted, click Remove or OK, and then close the Mail preferences window.
2. Delete an Email Address from Auto-Complete in Mac OS X Mail
Start typing the recipient's address or name in a new message.
Select the desired address from the auto-complete list as if you'd compose an email to them.
Click the small down arrow in the recipient.
Select Remove from Previous Recipients List from the menu.
