How to delete this Disk I made by accident?

Hello I am trying to delete disk1. All my files are on disk 2.
I have 3TB and now it only shows about 1.2GB usable on my computer. I should have around 2.2GB availble.

How do i merge/delete the disk i made by accident?

Can i do it through terminal? Can anyone give me the exact lines i should input into terminal? thank you!!!!

Note that you first erase what is on that partition with Disk Utility, then remove it.

Can you first back up the partition you want to keep to an external device, just in case? I'm not saying the link I provided is inaccurate, but it is always best to have a backup before attempting anything to do with resizing a disk.
