Macbook Pro 'other' category problem

A few days ago I checked my Macbook Pro's memory and it was surely less than half...

Today I checked it again and it has 190Gigs of Other memory?!

What is the other memory & why is it taking so much of my memory? My Mac is starting to run slow now? Is there a way I can clean it up?

Other is the files not in the Movies, Pictures, Music etc folders.

I use Grand Perspective to find those large killer files...

And this Isn't memory, it's Harddrive space.

Oh wow. Thank you soooo much!

I found all my saved iMail stuff was taking up so much space!
