I turned it off and when I went to turn it back on - nothing.

Is it plugged into the Power, if not plug it in for 30mins and try again.

It had been plugged in. The green light on the plug end is on.

So the charger light is Green?

Hold the Power Button down for the count of 10, wait a minute then repeat.
