MacBook Air (11-inch, A1465)

Hi, I have been 14 days away and by comming back I try to start my MacBook Air (11-inch, A1465). It did not work. Device has been charged the whole period of my staying away. What should I do? Thanks. Bbojan

  • Which exact version of the MacBook Air, as they are all Model A1465:
    • MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2012)
    • MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2013)
    • MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2014)
    • MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015)
  • Which version of OS X/macOS?
  • Have you tried to Reset the SMC of your Mac?
  • If you press the Caps Lock key does it light up?
  • Have you tried holding the power button down for 5-10 secs, then wait 5-10, then press it again?
  • Is the battery charging light green/amber/off when MagSafe is connected?
