Random rebooting. MacBook Air m2 Ventura

When I open my new MacBook Air, sometimes the HD icon and passport Time Machine icon have moved. Only those icons.
If I do a manual restart they move.
Also on manual restart the apple logo jumps. Never seen that before!
Any ideas as to what’s going on?

No, I haven't seen that issue before.

Drive Icons - check the Desktop > View Options to see if it is set to Sort by: Name or Snap to Grid
 Logo: I assume you mean the  logo when the Mac is starting up - are you using the default or custom display resolution?
