Mac Pro gtx 660 ti compatibility (need help)

I was wondering if I could get a gtx 660 ti working with my Mac Pro.(https://everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_pro/specs/mac-pro-eight-core-2.8-2008-specs.html)

If so how easy would it be? I’m not very experienced when it comes to flashing bios s. Also I know I should get a gtx 680 Mac edition but I want it keep it around 150.

Hello and welcome.

I am not experienced at all with flashing PC graphics cards to work with the Mac Pro. I have read all kinds of posts about it bricking the card and incompatibilities, and the Mac Pro can be a bit temperamental with non-Apple editions.

It may be best to find a used Mac edition if you can. I do know there are several forums around that have discussions about the process and success rate, but none I know of off-hand.
