Some questions first:
1. What exact Mac model do you have?
2. What exact Mac OS are you running?
3. Have you ever done any disk cleanup/maintenance/repairs, from a software perspective? You can actually do quite a lot of disk cleanup on your own, and there are some excellent products available (both free and commercial) that can help you with that.
4. This is
critical: are you making backups to an external device?
Never heard of "Kensaq", and when I google it, here are all the "hits":

Googling "SocietyCake" brings up these hits:

For SocietyCake, can definitely see that it is some kind of virus. But not so for Kensaq.
I guess you can try the following:
1. Download and run the excellent adware/malware program Malwarebytes, available from here:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/
2. Download and run the excellent anti-virus program ClamXAV, available from here:
https://www.clamxav.com/
When you launch it, let it first update the virus definitions. Then run it at the "top level" for the list of "areas" the program shows you. That should be the name of your internal drive. It will take some time, but better to be safe than sorry.
