How do I remove Ratplee from OSX?

I seem to have somehow acquired something called Rat plea on my iMac. Any advice on how to remove it would be much appreciated.

I would try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac. See if that removes it and let us know.

Thanks for that. It seems to have removed it and a couple of other items I wasn't aware of. Still not quite sure what it came with as I certainly didn't deliberately download it.
