So my laptop ask me if I wanted to update my software, then it said I couldn't because I didn't have enough space. Later on I tried to eject my portable hard drive, to which it said that I couldn't because there was a program still running using it. For the life of me I couldn't figure out what that program was. Frustrated I decided that restarting the computer was the solution. However now when trying to start my computer it goes to the white apple screens with the spinning wheel, then restarts itself endlessly. I figure that it is trying to update program software without enough space on its hard drive. I really have no idea what to do, thank you for what help you can give.
